Just a few quick notes---Nov.3, 2006

Just a few thoughts from the Wolf Den.....

1). I'm sure that all the panty waisted liberals would like this Kerry thing to go away so being a good little wolf, I wont let it!!!!  As our brave men and women fight to protect us from terrorism, its important for us to remember who isnt supporting them and who just dont get it......

Here some quotes that should warm your heart:

"I am writing too in the hope that my telling this one story will help you to understand more clearly how so many fine people have come to find themselves still loving their country but loathing the military, to which you and other good men have devoted years, lifetimes, of the best service you could give." Bill Clinton's draft letter, Dec. 3rd, 1969

"I don't really consider ourselves at war," Nancy Pelosi

"American troops...had personally raped, cut off ears, cut off heads, taped wires from portable telephones to human genitals and turned up the power, cut off limbs, blown up bodies, randomly shot at civilians, razed villages in fashion reminiscent of Ghengis Khan, shot cattle and dogs for fun, poisoned food stocks, and generally ravaged the countryside of South Vietnam..." and (had)committed warcrimes "on a day-to-day basis with the full awareness of officers at all levels of command." John Kerry testifying to the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, April 22, 1971

"After being blocked from holding a ceremony honoring the war dead at Arlington National Cemetery, the veterans marched to the Capitol to present sixteen demands to Congress...the soldiers began flinging their war medals over a high wire fence in front of the Capitol: Purple Hearts, Bronze Star Medals, Silver Stars -- bits of ribbon and metal hurled in the face of the government that had so betrayed them...One of them was John Kerry, Vietnam Navy veteran and aspiring politician who had been among those who organized the protest. Kerry flung a handful of medals -- he had received the Silver Star, a Bronze Star Medal, and three Purple Hearts -- over the fence..But years later, after his election to the Senate, Kerry's medals turned up on the wall of his Capitol Hill office. When a reporter noticed them, Kerry admitted that the medals he had thrown that day were not his....excerpts from"Stolen Valor: How the Vietnam Generation Was Robbed of its Heroes and its History" pg. 130-137

Now for the kicker!!! And this aint no bull. This info is taken from www.wintersoldier.com

"
Communist Vietnamese honor John Kerry, the war protestor, as a hero in their victory over the United States in the Vietnam War.

In the Vietnamese Communist War Remnants Museum (formerly known as the "War Crimes Museum") in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), a photograph of John Kerry hangs in a room dedicated to the anti-war activists who helped the Vietnamese Communists win the Vietnam War. The photograph shows Senator Kerry being greeted by the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Comrade Do Muoi.

The date of the photo in question is somewhere between July 15-18 1993 . Of course this was brought out during the 2004 campaign by the Swift Boat Veterans, but it bears seeing again. Just in case someone REALLY thinks ol John was talking about GW on 30 Oct., 2006. I also added the rest of those quotes just so you know what the Democrats REALLY think of our military folks and our war on terrorism. Scary, aint it???  Ok if that dont scare you think about this: Nancy Pelosi, two heart-beats away from the Presidency.  And if that STILL dont scare you, than just look at a photo of her.  That would scare anyone!!!!

2).  To all my conservative Republican friends. Yeah you know who you are. Your either not gonna vote or not vote Republican on Nov. 7 to protest what has passed for Republicanism over these past 8 years. Ok so your mad at the growth of government, your mad at the high deficit, or your mad, like me, at the Republican leadership for being Democrats in Republican suits or for whatever reason, now is NOT the time to jump ship. Look at it logically. You could either vote Republican, and sleep safe and sound, or vote Democrat and worry about your safety.  And lets not lull ourselves into some false security that if we let 'em win now, we'll get 'em in 2008.  The McCain-Feingold campaign reform act pretty well insured that incumbents will always get re-elected.  So if the Democrats take control on Nov. 7, they'll stay in control for a looong time.  Not only because of campaign reform but also, remember, they are the media darlings.

So I know what I'm gonna do. I'm voting for the guys with the proven track record in fighting terrorism: the Republicans. God willing and they stay in control, Im gonna spend the next two years here bloggin away, trying to get the Party back on track. God forbid if they lose and Pelosi and her gang take over, well, you know, those caves in Tora Bora might actually be safer than the US.

3).).  Speaking of the Republican Party, heres a subliminal message from me to them: Think Rick Santorum for President.  Thats right, you heard me.  Rick Santorum.  And why not?  Who else do we have?  Newt Gingrich....damaged goods.  Sorry, but this election will mean to much to run someone thats good fodder for the media.  John McCain....nope, not a Reagan Republican.  He does have good war credentials tho.

Nope Rick Santorum would be my choice for moving the Republican Party back to its roots and back to the ideals and principles so eloquently stated by the late President Ronald Reagan.  Catch this op-ed piece he wrote for Townhall.com in Nov. 2005:

What I call "Compassionate Conservatism" has something unique to offer to the shaping of our future.

Compassionate Conservatism relies on healthy families, freedom of faith, a vibrant civil society, a proper understanding of the individual and a focused government to achieve noble purposes through definable objectives which offers hope to all. [...]

Conservatism is based upon the idea of preserving the good in our society, adding to it the wisdom of experience coupled with the courage and optimism of a new generation. This formula inspired Reagan and Thatcher to hope, and to work together to change the world. Let us build upon their example to be a beacon of hope in this troubled world

So win or lose Tuesday, Im starting my "Santorum  for President" movement .

4).  Speaking of Presidential elections, and I was, expect Hilliary Clinton to announce her candidacy for President 5 seconds after she wins her senatorial re-election in NY.  My prediction is she wont make it thru the primaries.  Its not that America isnt ready for a woman President, its just Hilliary aint the woman for the job.

5).  And finally, but most important.....the election is 4 days away!!!!
For our sakes and the sakes of our children and grandchildren, choose wisely!!!!!!
